Every factory in our network goes through the same onboarding process, regardless of size or region. It starts with a documentation review — business licenses, prior audit reports, and compliance certificates — before any commercial conversation begins.
From there, our team runs an on-site capability assessment covering equipment, workforce capacity, and working conditions. Factories that pass move into a probationary production phase with enhanced in-line inspection, and only graduate to standard terms once they've delivered consistently across at least two full order cycles.
This is slower than simply accepting a supplier's own paperwork, but it's the reason our partners can trust what ships without inspecting every unit themselves.
